The girl behind the camera?Hi! I’m Joelle Kim. After decades in Seoul and NYC, I’ve made the PNW home for my little family. My whole life, I’ve always been the one behind the camera and have loved the creativity and joy it has brought me. I can’t wait to meet you and create together!
Where are you based?I service the Pacific Northwest and beyond, but home base is the Vancouver, WA / Portland, OR greater area! There are associated mileage fees for anything outside of a 50-mile radius that I can share in your custom quote.
Do you travel?Yes, please reach out even if you are not based in the West Coast. I can share travel fees in our greater discussion, and will waive all fees if aligned with personal travel plans.
What should I wear?All full portrait sessions come with a curated Pinterest board of outift and prop inspirations, but when in doubt, fabrics such as denims, knit, and linen in muted colors will never fail you.

How does payment work? I require a 30% deposit to lock in your date and the rest of the session to be paid in full at least 24 hours before our scheduled session.
